12. Annie Leibovitz
Annie Leibovitz captured Yoko Ono and John Lennon on December 8, 1980 for the front cover of Rolling Stone. The celeb portrait photographer has since then became known for her notoriety. With lots of spending and poor fiscal management, Leibovitz was not able to pay her taxes. It seems like paying taxes was the one thing that she could not afford. In 2009, she owed $2.1 million in back taxes from 2004 to 2007. In order to receive the loan that she wanted to pay her tax debts, Leibovitz forcibly pledged the copyright of her every photograph that she took in the past or will take in future.
