6. Vince Neil
Vince Neil applied for Chapter 11 bankruptcy twice, once in 1998 and then again in 2010. The second time it was reported that the Motley Cure front man was $1.5 million in debt, when he was sued by his then lawyer for the unpaid fees worth $16,000. He forcibly declared he was broke due to the lawsuit. His stint as a lead vocalist in the heavy metal band, Motley Crue, made him famous and popular. Sadly, Neil was not lucky in terms of monetary, as he filed twice for bankruptcy, as told in Washington Bankruptcy in a 2013 article.
