  1. Right to know the basis for your credit offers

You can inquire about why you were provided with less favorable terms than you asked for. However, it can be done only if you deny those terms and conditions. For instance, if the creditor offers you a small loan with a high interest rate, and you reject the offer, then you can ask why it was done so. Moreover, you can know why your credit account was closed, till the account was active and you made the agreed payments.
