As one of the most recognized hit makers, Dionne Warwick had 69 singles make it on the Billboard Hot 100. The That’s What Friends Are For singer filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in 2013. Warwick claims that her business was grossly mismanaged. Leaving her owing $3 million of business taxes and $7 million for the taxes between 1991 and 1998, for a grand total of $10 million in unpaid taxes.

Lenny Dykstra

Former Major League Baseball center fielder, Lenny Dykstra had the idea to start a company and magazine catering to the professional athlete lifestyle. But, in 2009 Dykstra was exposed by one of his past employees, recounting incidents of credit card fraud, bounced checks, not paying rent, etc. He filed bankruptcy, claiming to have $50,000 in assets and $31 million in debt. Dykstra later pled guilty to bankruptcy fraud and money laundering in 2012.
